Title: Software Development Engineer in Test
Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Designing, developing, and executing the automation framework to ensure the quality of the application. Participating in the development process through writing and maintaining the application features and automated tests including unit tests, integration tests, functional tests, E2E tests and performance tests. Developing the automation framework using JAVA, Spring, Cucumber, Serenity BDD, Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, TestNG, Junit and SOA test using Postman tool. Perform Automation requirement elicitation for Squad User stories in Agile projects on Kanban/Scrum boards using JIRA and write the tests using Zephyr, Xray. Designing, developing and implementing automation solutions agreed with the customer from end-to-end perspective. Performing self-reviews, effectively debug, and solve problems efficiently to successful completion of automation tasks. Maintaining code using version control tools like GitLab, Bitbucket. Build continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline, jobs using Jenkins and monitor the test execution and conduct test result analysis. Must be willing to travel to set up systems to various clients at unanticipated locations across the nation for short-and-long term and perform feasibility studies and evaluate user requirements. There is no international travel. There is also no relocation required. Any travel requirements will be entirely temporary in nature and the hired employee will work from the Perigon address..
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in IT or related field plus 60 months relevant experience.
